Montana Jean's Wontons


1 lb. ground pork
10 medium shrimp, finely diced
1 stalk green onion finely diced
1 teaspoon Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 pkg. wonton skins

Thoroughly mix pork, shrimp, green onion, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.  Spread out about 6 wonton skins at a time and fill with meat mixture.  Wet the edges of the wonton skins and seal well.  Continue till you have used up all the meat filling.  I usually end up with some extra wonton skins.

Deep fry in canola oil over medium heat till wontons are nicely crisped and light/medium brown in color. Serve with soy sauce, Chinese hot mustard, duck sauce, or sweet and sour sauce as dips.
